Terms and Conditions

I - Terms of Use

Scope

The studiogolf GmbH is located at Flüelastrasse 16, 8048 Zurich (the Company). These General Terms and Conditions (the GTC) are a binding part of any business relationship with the Company. Deviating provisions apply only if they have been changed or supplemented in writing by the contracting parties. The GTC in their respective valid version are applicable.

The Company operates and maintains golf simulators (the Equipment) in its premises at Flüelastrasse 16, 8048 Zurich (the premises) and provides related services in the field of golf.

Opening Hours and Access 

The premises of the Company are operated on a self-service basis. Access to the premises is granted through an electronic locking system when booking the premises. Access to the locking system is granted via email after the booking is completed.

To open the door according to the instructions, an internet connection on the smartphone is necessary. Without such a device, access is not possible. 

Booking

a. The Equipment is offered at a flat rate. Current prices can be found on the studiogolf GmbH website.

b. The Equipment of the Company can be fully booked through a booking platform or an app.

c. Bookings can be made on an hourly basis, starting at the full and/or half hour. An early termination by the customer before the booked time expires does not entitle to a refund or time credit.

d. Bookings are personal and non-transferable.

e. A piece of Equipment can be used by a maximum of 4 persons simultaneously. Special events are exempt from this. For each additional person exceeding the maximum, a fee of CHF 10 will be charged.

f. Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the reserved time slot via the customer account on the booking platform. In the case of a timely cancellation, a refund will be issued in the form of a credit to the customer account. A payout of the amount to the original payment method is possible upon request from the administrator.

g. If the booking is not canceled at least 24 hours before the reserved time slot, the full price is due.

h. A one-time booking fee of CHF 0.50 will be charged upon reservation.

 

Rules and Etiquette

Customers of the Company must respect the following rules for the Equipment:

 a. Only unmarked balls may be used. Marked balls or balls with club logos leave marks on the screen and are not permitted. Balls will be provided.

b. Present individuals, as well as the premises and the furnishings of the Company, must be treated with respect.

c. Customers of the Company may bring guests. However, the maximum number of four players per simulator must not be exceeded. Special events are exempt from this.

d. The Equipment must be left in a clean and tidy condition by the end time of the booked period. Repeated or prolonged extensions of the usage time entitle the Company to charge a penalty fee of at least CHF 20 and may exclude the user from future bookings.

e. The play of present customers must not be disturbed in any way. Noise and unnecessary movement should be avoided.

f. The consumption of food is allowed in the premises, but is prohibited within the Equipment itself.

g. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Company. This includes e-cigarettes.

h. The consumption of alcohol is permitted, but is done at the customers' own risk. Any liability of studiogolf GmbH in connection with alcohol consumption is disclaimed.

 

Care and Cleanliness

All Equipment, golf equipment available for use, and furnishings in the premises must be used with utmost care. All customers must pay attention to order and cleanliness. Damages and dirt caused by intent or negligence of the customer will be repaired at the customer's expense. Please leave the studio as you found it. In cases of gross soiling (e.g., due to brought food or drink), studiogolf GmbH reserves the right to charge additional cleaning costs.

 

Technical Problems / Support

If the use of a booked piece of Equipment is not possible due to technical problems – incorrect operation of the software is excluded – the booking amount will be refunded. Any other inconveniences or costs incurred by the customer will not be reimbursed.

In case of technical problems, the contact person indicated on the booking confirmation must be informed.

 

Surveillance

For security reasons, the facility is monitored by video around the clock. Customers agree that image and sound recordings will be made. All recordings will be treated confidentially and are for the Company only. The recordings will be automatically deleted after 48 hours.

 

Vending Machine

In the premises of the Company, beverages can be obtained from a self-service refrigerator. Payment is made via Twint using a QR code. The prices displayed in the premises apply. Price changes are always reserved.
