Scope of Application

studiogolf GmbH is located at Flüelastrasse 16, 8048 Zurich (the Company). These General Terms and Conditions (the GTC) are a binding part of any business relationships with the Company. Deviating provisions apply only if they have been modified or supplemented in writing by the contracting parties. The GTC in their currently valid version are applicable.

The Company operates and maintains golf simulators (the Facilities) in its premises at Flüelastrasse 16, 8048 Zurich (the Premises) and offers related services in the field of golf.

Opening Hours and Access

The Company's Premises operate on a self-service concept. Access to the Premises is granted through an electronic locking system upon booking the Facility. Access to the locking system will be granted via email after the booking is finalized.

The customer is obliged to have an NFC-enabled smartphone to open the door according to the instructions. Access is not possible without such a device.

Booking

a. The Facilities are offered at a unit price. The current prices can be found on the website of studiogolf GmbH.

b. The Facilities of the Company can be fully booked via a booking platform or an app.

c. Bookings can be made on an hourly basis, starting at the full and/or half hour. Premature termination by the customer before the booked time expires does not entitle them to a refund or credit of time.

d. Bookings are personal and non-transferable.

e. A Facility can be used by a maximum of 4 persons simultaneously. Special events are exempt from this rule.

f. Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the reserved time slot via the booking platform or the app.

g. If the booking is not canceled at least 24 hours before the reserved time slot, the full price is owed.

h. A one-time booking fee of CHF 0.50 will be charged at the time of reservation.

Rules and Etiquette

Customers of the Company must respect the following rules for the Facilities:

 a. Only unmarked balls may be used. Marked balls or balls with club logos leave traces on the screen and are not permitted. Balls will be provided.

b. Present individuals, as well as the Premises and the furnishings of the Company, must be treated with respect.

c. Customers of the Company may bring guests. However, the maximum number of four players per simulator must not be exceeded. Special events are exempt from this rule.

d. The Facility must be left in an orderly and clean condition at the scheduled end of the booked time.

e. The game of present customers must not be disturbed in any way. Noise and unnecessary movement should be avoided.

f. Consuming food is permitted in the Premises, but is prohibited within the Facilities themselves.

g. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Company, including e-cigarettes.

h. Consuming alcohol is allowed, but is done at the customers' own risk. Any liability of studiogolf GmbH in connection with alcohol consumption is declined.

Care and Cleanliness

All Facilities, golf equipment available for use, and furnishings in the Premises must be used with the greatest care. All customers must pay attention to order and cleanliness. Damages and dirt caused by the customer's intent or negligence will be repaired at their expense.

Technical Problems / Support

If the use of a booked Facility is not possible due to technical problems – excluding incorrect software operation – the booking amount will be refunded. Any other costs or inconveniences incurred on the customer's side will not be reimbursed.

In case of technical problems, the contact person indicated in the booking confirmation should be informed.

Surveillance

For safety reasons, the Facility is monitored by video surveillance 24/7. Customers agree that video and audio recordings will be made. All recordings will be treated confidentially and used only by the Company. Recordings will be automatically deleted after 48 hours.

Vending Machine

In the Company's Premises, drinks can be obtained from a self-service refrigerator. Payment is made via Twint by QR code. The prices displayed in the Premises apply. Price changes are reserved at any time.
