Scope

The studiogolf GmbH is located at Flüelastrasse 16, 8048 Zürich (the Company). These General Terms and Conditions (the GTC) are a binding part of all business relationships with the Company. Deviating provisions only apply if they have been amended or supplemented in writing by the contractual parties. The GTC in their current version are applicable.

The Company operates and maintains golf simulators (the Facilities) in its premises at Flüelastrasse 16, 8048 Zürich and provides related services in the field of golf.

Opening Hours and Access

The Company's premises operate on a self-service concept. Access to the premises is granted through an electronic locking system upon booking the facility. Access to the locking system will be provided via email after the booking is completed.

To open the door according to the instructions, an internet connection is required on the smartphone. Without such a device, access is not possible.

Booking

a. The Facilities are offered at a unit rate. Current prices can be found on the studiogolf GmbH website.

b. The Company's Facilities can be fully booked via a booking platform or an app.

c. Bookings can be made hourly, starting on the hour and/or half-hour. Early termination by the customer before the booked time expires does not entitle them to a refund or credit for unused time.

d. Bookings are personal and non-transferable.

e. A Facility may be used by a maximum of 4 persons at the same time. Special events are excluded from this. If the maximum is exceeded, a fee of CHF 5 per additional person will apply.

f. Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the reserved time slot via the booking platform or app.

g. If the booking is not canceled up to 24 hours before the reserved time slot, the full price is due.

h. A one-time booking fee of CHF 0.50 will be charged at the time of reservation.

Rules and Etiquette

Customers of the Company must observe the following rules for the Facilities:

 a. Only unprinted balls may be used. Printed balls or balls with club logos leave marks on the screen and are not permitted. Balls will be provided.

b. Present individuals as well as the premises and furnishings of the Company are to be treated with respect.

c. Customers of the Company may bring guests. However, the maximum number of four players per simulator must not be exceeded. Special events are excluded from this.

d. The Facility must be left in a tidy and organized condition by the end time of the booked period. Repeated or extended overruns of the usage time may result in a late fee of CHF 20 being charged and the user may be excluded from future bookings.

e. The game of present customers must not be disturbed in any way. Noise and unnecessary movement should be avoided.

f. The consumption of food is allowed in the premises, but is prohibited in the Facilities themselves.

g. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Company's premises. This also applies to e-cigarettes.

h. The consumption of alcohol is permitted, but is done at the customers' own risk. Any liability of studiogolf GmbH in connection with alcohol consumption is excluded.

Care and Cleanliness

All Facilities, golf equipment available for use, and the furnishings in the premises must be used with the greatest care. All customers must pay attention to order and cleanliness. Damage or contamination caused by deliberate or negligent behavior of the customer will be repaired at their expense.

Technical Problems / Support

If the use of a booked Facility is not possible due to technical problems - incorrect operation of the software is excluded - the booking amount will be refunded. Any other inconveniences or costs incurred on the customer's side will not be reimbursed.

In case of technical problems, the contact person listed on the booking confirmation must be informed.

Monitoring

For security reasons, the Facility is monitored by video surveillance 24/7. Customers agree that audio and video recordings will be made. All recordings will be treated confidentially and are for the Company only. The recordings will be automatically deleted after 48 hours.

Vending Machine

Drinks can be obtained from a self-service refrigerator in the Company's premises. Payment is made through Twint via QR code. The prices displayed in the premises apply. Price changes are reserved at any time.
