1.2 Applicability
This privacy policy informs you about which personal data (data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person) we process in connection with the use of our website, the booking platform, and the golf simulator, for what purpose, and how we protect it.
2. Processing of Personal Data
We generally process personal data only to the extent necessary for the provision of our services (operation of the golf simulator, bookings, and communication). The processing of your data takes place based on the following principles and for the stated purposes:
a) Contact Data and Newsletter (Sign-up)
Data Category: Your email address and any other contact data you provide in the form.
Purpose: Sending newsletters, marketing information, and information on promotions.
Legal Basis: Your consent (Art. 31 para. 1 DSG), which you grant us during the sign-up process. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
b) Server Metadata and Logfiles (Website Use)
Data Category: Your IP address, date and time of access, browser type, and operating system.
Purpose: Ensuring the functionality and security of our website, troubleshooting, and statistical evaluations.
Legal Basis: Our legitimate interest (Art. 31 para. 1 DSG) in the secure and error-free provision of our online services.
c) Usage Data (Website Analysis)
Data Category: Data about your behavior on our website, collected via cookies and tracking technologies (see sections 3.2 and 4).
Purpose: Analysis and optimization of the website structure, content, and our offerings (reach measurement).
Legal Basis: Your consent (Art. 31 para. 1 DSG), which you grant via the cookie banner.
3. Data Processing by Third Parties and External Services
3.1 Booking Platform (yourgolfbooking)
We use the external platform yourgolfbooking for processing our bookings.
Processed Data: Name, address, email, phone number, booked times, booking details, and possibly payment information.
Purpose: Processing of the booking process, reservation confirmations, management of playing times, and billing.
Note: The data processing by the platform itself (as a processor) is subject to its own privacy policy. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with the provider, as required by data protection law.
3.2 Google Analytics
We use the web analytics service Google Analytics (currently in version GA4) to analyze user behavior on our website.
Data Categories: Shortened IP address (pseudonymization), device data, browser data, duration of stay, visited pages.
Purpose: Analysis and optimization of our web offerings and marketing activities.
Data Transfer Abroad: Google is based in the USA. The transfer takes place based on appropriate guarantees (e.g., EU standard contractual clauses) and is subject to Google's privacy policy.
Legal Basis: The use of Google Analytics, which includes non-essential cookies and tracking, only occurs after your explicit consent via our cookie banner.
3.3 Video Surveillance in the Golf Simulator
To protect our property and infrastructure, we operate video surveillance in the premises of the golf simulator.
Processed Data: Video and image recordings of individuals present in the surveillance area.
Purpose of Processing: Ensuring security, protection against unauthorized access, evidence of vandalism and theft, and enforcement of legal claims.
Legal Basis: Processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 31 para. 1 DSG) in maintaining security and property protection.
Storage Duration: Video recordings are stored exclusively for 48 hours and are then automatically deleted unless needed for the prosecution of criminal offenses or the enforcement of legal claims. In that case, they will be kept until the clarification of the matter.
Note: In the monitored area, clearly visible signs (pictograms) are placed, indicating that surveillance is taking place.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies on our website, small text files that your browser stores.
Technically Necessary Cookies: These are required for the basic functionality of the website (e.g., storing your cookie preferences or session management). They cannot be disabled.
Analysis and Marketing Cookies: These (e.g., from Google Analytics) serve to analyze user behavior and optimize our offerings. These are only set if you give your consent via our cookie banner.

Right to Deletion (Art. 32 DSG): You can request the deletion of your data, provided there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary.
Right to Data Portability (Art. 28 DSG): You can receive your personal data provided to us in a common electronic format.
Right to Withdraw Consent: If you have given us consent (e.g., for the newsletter), you can withdraw this at any time.
